Urban Arts Collective’s goal is to cultivate creativity, encourage cultural expression, support artistic development, and expand opportunities for emerging, mid-career, and established artists within an African American cultural framework.

This is accomplished through arts and culture enrichment programs delivered in community-centered spaces and creative environments. Each participant is engaged through experiences that nurture artistic voice and cultural identity, with guidance from experienced artists and mentors who provide support, instruction, and opportunities for growth in the arts.
