Gabrielle Lee, MA is the Program Manager of the Rising Blazers Community Youth Development Program. Gabrielle has worked as an advocate through servant leadership by assessing the needs of staff and peers while providing them with support through assessment and development of self-exploration and self-advocacy programming. She brings her expertise in program management, diversity, equity, and inclusion implementation, and strategic planning. She has a commitment to ensuring that universities and organizations evaluate policies, procedures, and programming through an equity lens while creating a welcoming environment that supports student success. She has assisted in developing a Youth Program for Mid Delta students in Monroe County. Gabrielle has a Master of Arts in Student Affairs Administration in Higher Education from Ball State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Writing from the University of Central Arkansas.
